SMS terms & privacy

Who texts you. Rinja sends text messages on behalf of the business you called or signed up with — booking confirmations, changes and reminders to callers, and booking alerts, messages and sign-in codes to business owners.

How you opted in. Callers receive a confirmation for a booking they made by phone, from the number they called from. Business owners opt in when they set up Rinja and give us their mobile number. We never buy lists and never send marketing by text.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency depends on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email jacob@rinja.ai.

Privacy. Your phone number and the details of your booking are used only to deliver the service to you and the business. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
